1. Statutory RERA Disclosures

All real estate developments marketed by KOMU INFRA Properties strictly conform to the regulations stipulated by the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016:

• Visionary Emerald City (Maheshwaram): Certified under Telangana RERA Registration No. P02400009504. Layout sanctioned by HMDA.
• Ongoing Developments: Sanctioned layout plans, title deeds, encumbrance certificates, and sovereign escrow records are verified prior to public offer. Prospective buyers are entitled to inspect all original sanction approvals at our registered office.

2. Architectural Visuals & Floor Plans

3D renders, walkthroughs, elevations, and layout drawings published on this site depict artistic impressions of finished developments. Final specifications, clubhouse amenities, and handover schedules are governed strictly by the bilateral Agreement of Sale.

3. Pricing & Sovereign Escrow Governance

All unit base pricing, PLC (preferential location charges), and clubhouse maintenance fees are subject to prevailing availability and stage-linked construction milestones. Payments are accepted exclusively via bank transfer, cheque, or sovereign bank loan escrow accounts.
